Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series Rotary Screw Compressors 55-75 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 55 to 75 kW is a range of oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. A state-of-the-art semi-integrated airend is driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor, with an integrated variable speed drive available as an option to reduce energy use further.

The standard RSe55i and RSe75i come in 7.5, 10 and 13 bar versions, delivering from 8.25 m³/min on the 55 kW at 13 bar up to 13.98 m³/min on the 75 kW at 7.5 bar. The premium RSe55ie and RSe75ie come in 7.5 and 10 bar versions, with up to 14.8 m³/min. An optional add-on modular dryer is sized to the compressor for worst-case ambient and inlet conditions at full load, needs just one power supply and one discharge pipe connection, and uses R 513A refrigerant with a very low global warming potential. The Xe-Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser and also connects to the add-on dryer, while the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data. All user-maintainable components are easy to reach and premium-grade coolant reduces maintenance. Every model measures 1,958 × 1,138 × 1,857 mm and weighs 1,405 to 1,786 kg air-cooled.
