Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series Rotary Screw Compressors 200-250 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 200 to 250 kW is a range of large fixed speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors designed with advanced computer modelling to maximise efficiency and airflow. The airend uses an optimised rotor profile that Ingersoll Rand states delivers up to 18% improved efficiency and best-in-class airflow capacity, lowering energy use and lifecycle cost.

The standard RS200i and RS250i are rated at 7.5, 8.5 and 10 bar, delivering 41.5 and 50.2 m³/min at 7.5 bar and 35.7 and 43.0 m³/min at 10 bar on 50 Hz. The premium RS200ie and RS250ie add a 14 bar version and deliver up to 43.6 and 54.1 m³/min at 7.5 bar. V-Shield Technology gives a fully integrated, leak-free design with PTFE stainless steel braided oil hoses and O-ring face seals, and Progressive Adaptive Control (PAC) monitors key operating parameters and adapts to prevent unexpected downtime. The XS-Series controller continuously monitors compressor status and acts immediately on any abnormal operating condition, and an on-board IoT platform provides real-time monitoring. Air-cooled, water-cooled and harsh-environment versions for low and high ambient and outdoor operation are available. The i models measure 3,752 × 2,150 × 2,504 mm and weigh 6,095 to 6,380 kg.
