Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series Rotary Screw Compressors 90-132 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 90 to 132 kW is a range of oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. A state-of-the-art semi-integrated airend delivers reliability and overall efficiency, driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor.

The standard RSe90i, RSe110i and RSe132i come in 7.5, 10 and 13 bar versions, and the premium RSe90ie, RSe110ie and RSe132ie in 7.5 and 10 bar versions. At 7.5 bar the 90, 110 and 132 kW models deliver 18.16, 21.6 and 24.79 m³/min, and at 10 bar 15.51, 18.85 and 21.51 m³/min, down to 13.52 m³/min for the 90 kW at 13 bar. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and an innovative separator are built for reliability, and easy access to user-maintainable components with premium-grade coolant reduces maintenance and increases uptime. The Xe-Pro Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser, and the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data to reduce the risk of downtime. Every model measures 2,290 × 1,327 × 2,039 mm and weighs 2,447 to 2,764 kg air-cooled.
