Guyson EB1 Endless Belt Tumbleblast System

The Guyson EB1 Endless Belt Tumbleblast is an automated, high-volume blast finishing system for small to medium metal components. A 6 mm multi-ply rubber belt, resistant to tearing and abrasion, keeps parts tumbling continuously under the blast so every surface is covered, giving efficient batch cleaning, deburring, deflashing, cosmetic finishing and surface preparation. It can be used with hard, fast-cutting abrasives such as aluminium oxide, soft plastic media or low-density glass bead.

Each batch can weigh up to 50 kg with a volume of up to 30 litres. Four Guyson Model 900 blast guns sit on a fully adjustable support arm, so each gun can be positioned for angle and stand-off distance, and each has its own electrical switch. A Siemens PLC with an HMI control panel lets operators create, edit and store recipes and adjust blasting speed, belt speed and cycle duration, and an integrated post-blast air wash removes residual media and dust. A window guard is available for extra wear resistance.
