Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series Rotary Screw Compressors 30-45 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 30 to 45 kW is a range of oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. A state-of-the-art, fully integrated airend is driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor, and an integrated variable speed drive is available as an option to reduce energy use further. For the highest efficiency, the premium ie version uses Ingersoll Rand’s most efficient airend to save up to an additional 6% energy.

The standard RSe30i, RSe37i and RSe45i models are available at 7.5, 10 or 13 bar, delivering from 4.27 m³/min on the 30 kW at 13 bar up to 8.0 m³/min on the 45 kW at 7.5 bar. The premium RSe30ie, RSe37ie and RSe45ie models come in 7.5 and 10 bar versions with up to 8.67 m³/min. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and an improved separator are built for reliability, easy access to user-maintainable components and premium-grade coolant reduce maintenance, and the Xe-Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser, with the Helix Connected Platform providing real-time data. Every model measures 1,722 × 920 × 1,659 mm and weighs 887 to 1,020 kg. For variable speed versions see the R-Series VSD 30-45 kW and R-Series VSD 30-37 kW, for larger sites the RTe-Series 110-250 kW, and treat the air with desiccant air dryers.
