Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 55-75 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 55 to 75 kW VSD is a range of variable speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. A state-of-the-art semi-integrated airend is driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor through an integrated variable speed drive, which adjusts compressed air output to demand.

The range covers two models: the RSe55n rated 55 kW at up to 10 bar, delivering 2.50 to 10.99 m³/min, and the RSe75n rated 75 kW at up to 13 bar, delivering 2.10 to 14.03 m³/min. An optional add-on modular dryer is sized to the compressor for worst-case ambient and inlet conditions at full load, needs just one power supply and one discharge pipe connection, and uses R 513A refrigerant with a very low global warming potential. The Xe-Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser and also connects to the add-on dryer, while the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data. Easy access to user-maintainable components and premium-grade coolant reduce maintenance. Both models measure 1,958 × 1,138 × 1,857 mm and weigh 1,430 to 1,520 kg air-cooled.
