Guyson Euroblast 10 Manual Blast Machine

The Guyson Euroblast 10 is the largest of Guyson’s standard manual blast machines, built mainly for heavy-duty industrial use. Its large blast chamber, measuring 1,480 mm wide, 1,480 mm deep and 1,145 mm high, takes big components such as pump bodies, filters and engine parts, and the floor carries loads of up to 150 kg. Manual blasting with the Euroblast 10 is a faster alternative to labour-intensive work such as hand deburring, wire brushing, sanding and grinding.

Like the rest of the Euroblast range, the cabinet is fabricated and welded from 16 gauge sheet steel to be durable, rigid and tightly sealed. A full-width foot pedal operates the blast gun with either foot, and large armholes give the operator comfortable reach inside the cabinet. Options include suction or pressure feed, a 400 or 900 blast gun and nozzle, a fixed or side-loading turntable, cabinet cut-outs for tube and pipe blasting, and rubber lining. The cabinet suits sand, shot, grit and soda blasting and manual shot peening, for cleaning without dimensional change, investment removal, reconditioning and surface preparation. An ATEX-certified Euroblast 10SF Ex version is available for explosive dust atmospheres.
