Wet compressed air causes two separate problems: corrosion inside pipework and fittings, and outright freezing in outdoor lines during winter. In food, pharma or coating applications there’s a third issue — moisture in the air stream can contaminate the product itself.
Refrigerated dryers cover most general workshop and industrial needs at a reasonable running cost. Desiccant dryers push the dew point lower still, which is worth the extra cost where outdoor pipework or a moisture-sensitive process demands it — otherwise it’s spending more than you need to.
We size dryers against your compressor’s actual output rather than selling whatever’s in stock, and fit them alongside new or existing compressed air systems.
