Guyson Microsolve 450M Mono-Solvent Cleaning System

The Guyson Microsolve 450M is the largest automated ultrasonic cleaning system in the Microsolve range. Its mono-solvent process runs through three stages, ultrasonic cleaning, vapour rinsing and freeboard drying, and is intended for applications with light to medium contamination levels. The internal tank measures 450 mm long, 325 mm wide and 300 mm deep.

The Microsolve is designed for effective use of HFE or HFC solvents, with solvent retention features including triple coil reflux cooling, a vapour break and 150% freeboard, keeping solvent usage low and predictable. PLC-based controls monitor fluid levels, and an optional solvent monitoring system tops up solvent automatically and logs the quantities delivered. Parts handling can be automated with Guyson’s Autotrans Mk 5 or iDrive systems, or semi-automated with a single-axis lift. Typical applications include precision cleaning of bearings, gyro components and medical components, and maintenance cleaning of pneumatic and hydraulic components.
