Ingersoll Rand Next Generation RTe-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 110-250 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation RTe-Series 110 to 250 kW is a range of variable speed drive oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors for large industrial sites. A premium efficiency motor with an integrated VSD automatically adjusts compressed air output to demand, minimising energy use at any load and lowering total cost of ownership. At the heart of each unit is a patent-pending, semi-integrated airend that uses a second gear on the drive shaft to optimise compression in a compact footprint.

The range covers five models, the RTe110ne, RTe132ne, RSe160ne, RSe200ne and RSe250ne, rated 110 to 250 kW at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. Free air delivery runs from 9.16 m³/min at minimum speed up to 24.69 m³/min on the 110 kW and 42.97 m³/min on the 250 kW. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and a redesigned separator are built for long-term reliability, while easy access to user-maintainable components and premium-grade coolant reduce maintenance. The Xe-Series controller gives remote access through any modern web browser, and the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data to keep the compressor at peak performance.
