Ingersoll Rand Nirvana VSD Oil-Free Rotary Screw Air Compressors 55-75 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Nirvana is a variable speed oil-free rotary screw air compressor that delivers 100% oil-free compressed air certified to ISO 8573-1 Class 0, for critical applications in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, textile and electronics processes. A variable speed inverter is matched to Ingersoll Rand’s hybrid permanent magnet (HPM) motor, which keeps efficiency high across the speed range, allows wide turndown and virtually unlimited starts and stops. The HPM drive has no motor bearings, pulleys, belts, couplings or motor shaft seals to wear out, leak or need replacing.

The 55 to 75 kW range covers two 50 Hz models: the IRN55K-OF (55 kW) delivering 9.37 m³/min at 7 bar, 8.6 m³/min at 8.5 bar and 7.8 m³/min at 10 bar, and the IRN75K-OF (75 kW) delivering 12.32, 11.4 and 10.6 m³/min at the same pressures. Stainless steel components, dual-vented seals and precision-machined rotors with UltraCoat protection are built for reliability, Ultra Coolant runs up to 8,000 hours between changes, and the compressors are designed for ambient temperatures up to 46 °C. Both models are available air-cooled or water-cooled, are controlled by the Xe-Series controller with a colour display and remote access, and measure 2,080 × 1,320 × 1,950 mm.
