Ingersoll Rand E-Series Oil-Free Rotary Screw Air Compressors 75-160 kW

The Ingersoll Rand E-Series is a range of oil-free rotary screw air compressors delivering continuous 100% oil-free air to ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0, for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, textile and electronics processes. Instead of a conventional gearbox, a dual motor and digital gearbox design continuously monitors and adjusts the speed of each airend for maximum efficiency. A dedicated sealing design, premium airend coating and robust components are built for uptime, and Ingersoll Rand states the E-Series has the smallest footprint in its class, with noise control features for a safer working environment and lower installation costs.

The 75 to 160 kW range covers five models, the E75ne, E90ne, E110ne, E132ne and E160ne, each at 7.0, 8.5 or 10.0 bar. Free air delivery runs from 13.08 m³/min on the E75ne to 24.0 m³/min on the E160ne at 7 bar, and from 9.87 to 23.64 m³/min at 10 bar. Every model comes in A and W versions: the A versions measure 3,244 × 1,394 × 1,992 mm and weigh 3,360 kg, and the W versions 2,168 × 1,394 × 1,992 mm and 2,750 kg. The compressors connect to Ingersoll Rand’s Helix Connected Platform for real-time monitoring, and a PackageCARE service agreement is available to reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.
