The Guyson Formula 1200 is a compact benchtop manual blast machine for light industrial use or intermittent bead blasting, suited to small workshops, schools, laboratories, studios and DIY users. It has a 600 × 460 × 495 mm blast chamber, a Model 400 trigger gun, post-blast airwash gun and F41 dust collector.

The Guyson Formula 1200 is the benchtop model in Guyson’s Formula range of entry-level blast machines, built for light industrial applications or for blasting on an intermittent basis. Its compact design suits small workshops, schools, laboratories, studios and even DIY use. Like the rest of the Formula range, it is a strong, durable steel cabinet using the industrial-quality Model 400 suction-feed blast gun and the F41 dust collector.
The internal blast chamber measures 600 mm wide, 460 mm deep and 495 mm high. The Model 400 gun is trigger operated, and a trigger-operated airwash gun cleans parts after blasting. A right-hand side opening door has a pneumatically operated safety switch that prevents blasting while the door is open, and the operator works through sealed 24 inch gauntlet gloves and a protected toughened glass viewing window, with LED lighting switched from the rear. A quick-release facility makes it easy to change media, and the machine is supplied with UK and European single phase plugs. Guyson’s Pencil Blast micro blasting unit, with 0.8, 1.2 or 1.8 mm nozzles, can be added for fine detail work. For large industrial parts, see the Guyson Euroblast 10.
