Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series Rotary Screw Compressors 160-290 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 160 to 290 kW is a range of large fixed speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. The semi-integrated airend reduces the number of pipes and connections to ease maintenance, and is driven by an IE3 premium efficiency motor, with an integrated variable speed drive available as an option.

The range covers four models, the RSe160i, RSe200i, RSe250i and RSe290i, each in 7.2, 10 and 13 bar versions. At 7.2 bar they deliver 32.04, 39.23, 42.03 and 47.1 m³/min, and at 10 bar 28.2, 34.85, 37.01 and 41.53 m³/min. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and an improved separator are built for long-term reliability, and easy access to user-maintainable components with premium-grade coolant reduces maintenance and downtime. The Xe Pro 145 controller offers remote access through a standard web browser, and the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data. Every model measures 2,949 × 2,111 × 2,193 mm and weighs 4,186 to 4,650 kg.
