The Ravaglioli RAV4501L is a 5.0 tonne electrohydraulic four post lift with symmetrical level runways 5,700 mm long, installed above ground. It lifts to 1,915 mm with a 160 mm drive-on height, has mechanical back-up safeties every 100 mm and a 24 V control circuit, and can be equipped for wheel alignment.

The Ravaglioli RAV4501L is a 5,000 kg electrohydraulic four post lift with symmetrical level runways, built in Italy for above-ground installation in workshops handling cars and light commercial vehicles. The runways are 5,700 mm long and 650 mm wide, set 776 to 940 mm apart, with a drive-on height of just 160 mm and a maximum lifting height of 1,915 mm. The 2,614 mm columns give a 3,000 mm clear span and a 2,645 mm drive-through width, and the lift is 6,707 mm long with drive-on ramps.
The hydraulic cylinder sits inside the fixed platform, where it is fully protected, and lifts through high-resistance, galvanised, pre-stretched cables running over large-diameter pulleys with self-lubricating, maintenance-free bushes. Automatic mechanical back-up safety devices engage every 100 mm with pneumatic release, allowing the lift to stand with the cables unladen, and stud-type safety devices trigger immediately if a cable slackens or fails. An automatic anti-toe-trap alarm sounds during the final stage of descent, and the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic safety devices comply with CE marking standards. The 2.6 kW motor runs on a 230/400 V three phase supply with a 24 V low-voltage control circuit. Turntable seats for wheel alignment, and drive-on and drive-through ramp kits, are available as options, and a flat platform version is also offered.
