The Ingersoll Rand Sierra is a fixed speed oil-free rotary screw air compressor that delivers 100% oil-free compressed air certified to ISO 8573-1 Class 0, for processes where air quality is critical such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, textile and electronics manufacturing. Ingersoll Rand describes it as a reliable workhorse, with stainless steel components, dual-vented seals and precision-machined rotors with UltraCoat protection. The range covers 37, 45, 55 and 75 kW motors in L (7.0 bar), H (8.5 bar) and HH (10.0 bar) pressure versions, with free air delivery from 5.3 to 12.0 m³/min, and every model is available air-cooled or water-cooled.

Standard equipment includes a TEFC high-efficiency motor, star-delta starter, NEMA 4 electrics and high dust filtration, and the compressors are designed for ambient temperatures up to 46 °C. The Xe-145 microprocessor controller provides continuous monitoring and on-board diagnostics to help optimise power consumption, and an on-board IoT platform gives real-time data to reduce the risk of downtime. Ultra Coolant runs up to 8,000 hours between changes, up to eight times the life of conventional lubricants. Each unit measures 2,250 × 1,370 × 1,920 mm and weighs 2,318 to 2,495 kg.
