Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series Rotary Screw Compressors 315-355 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 315 to 355 kW is a range of large oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors, built to lower total cost of ownership on the largest industrial sites. An optimised airend rotor profile provides up to 8% better efficiency and up to 13% more airflow capacity, and a NEMA Premium efficiency motor with a variable speed drive reduces energy demand.

The range covers the RS315NE (315 kW) delivering 18.3 to 64.8 m³/min and the RS355NE (355 kW) delivering 18.3 to 70.5 m³/min, both rated to 10 bar and available in A and W versions. V-Shield Technology gives an integrated, leak-free design with PTFE stainless steel braided oil hoses and O-ring face seals, and Progressive Adaptive Control (PAC) monitors key operating parameters and adjusts continuously to prevent unexpected downtime. The XS-Series controller continuously monitors status and responds to abnormal conditions, and an on-board IoT platform provides real-time monitoring. Air-cooled and water-cooled versions are available, with harsh-environment options for low or high ambient temperatures and outdoor operation. Each unit measures 5,000 × 2,150 × 2,505 mm and weighs 9,270 to 9,360 kg.
