Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 30-45 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 30 to 45 kW VSD is a range of variable speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. A fully integrated airend is driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor through an integrated variable speed drive, which adjusts compressed air output to demand for the highest efficiency at any load, and the drive meets or exceeds IES2 standards for power drive efficiency.

The range covers three models: the RSe30n rated 30 kW at up to 10 bar with 4.81 m³/min, and the RSe37n and RSe45n rated 37 and 45 kW at up to 13 bar with 5.27 and 6.16 m³/min. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and a redesigned separator are built for reliability, easy access to user-maintainable components and premium-grade coolant reduce maintenance, and the Xe-Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser, with the Helix Connected Platform providing real-time data. Each unit measures 1,722 × 920 × 1,659 mm and weighs 925 to 974 kg.
