Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 160-290 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 160 to 290 kW VSD is a range of large variable speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors for high-demand industrial sites. An IE3 premium efficiency motor with an integrated variable speed drive adjusts compressed air output to demand, and the drive meets or exceeds IES2 standards for power drive efficiency. The semi-integrated airend reduces the number of pipes and connections to ease maintenance and improve reliability.

The range covers four models rated at up to 13 bar: the RSe160n delivering 6.54 to 32.33 m³/min, the RSe200n 5.99 to 39.44 m³/min, the RSe250n 5.83 to 42.80 m³/min and the RSe290n 5.87 to 47.02 m³/min. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and an improved separator are built for long-term reliability, and easy access to user-maintainable components with premium-grade coolant reduces maintenance. The Xe Pro 145 controller offers remote access through a web browser, and the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data to keep the compressor at peak performance.
