Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series Rotary Screw Compressors 11-22 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 11 to 22 kW is a range of fixed speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. A state-of-the-art, fully integrated airend is driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor through an auto-tensioning V-belt, and an integrated variable speed drive is available as an option to reduce energy use further.

The range covers four tank mounted models at 7.5 or 10 bar: the RSe11ie (11 kW) delivering 1.87 and 1.61 m³/min, the RSe15i (15 kW) 2.70 and 2.26 m³/min, the RSe18i (18.5 kW) 3.25 and 2.74 m³/min, and the RSe22i (22 kW) 3.65 and 3.21 m³/min. Tank mounting saves floor space and installation cost, and the Total Air System option combines the compressor with a pre-matched air dryer in a plug and play package. All user-maintainable components are easy to reach, long-life premium coolant increases uptime, and the Xe-Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser. The 11 kW model measures 1,541 × 693 × 1,543 mm and weighs 335 kg, and the 15 to 22 kW models measure 1,876 × 801 × 1,791 mm and weigh 509 to 582 kg.
