Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 15-22 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 15 to 22 kW VSD is a range of variable speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors for workshops and small to medium industrial sites. A fully integrated airend is driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor through an integrated variable speed drive, which automatically adjusts compressed air output to demand for the highest efficiency at any load.

The range covers three tank mounted models, the RSe15n, RSe18n and RSe22n, rated 15, 18.5 and 22 kW at 7.5 or 10 bar. Free air delivery is 2.61, 3.06 and 3.55 m³/min at 7.5 bar, and 2.19, 2.64 and 3.16 m³/min at 10 bar. Tank mounting saves floor space and installation cost, and the Total Air System option combines the compressor with a pre-matched air dryer in a plug and play package. All user-maintainable components are easy to reach, an auto-tensioning V-belt and long-life premium coolant increase uptime, and the Xe-Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser. Each unit measures 1,876 × 801 × 1,791 mm and weighs 539 to 601 kg. For fixed speed models see the R-Series 11-22 kW.
