Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 200-250 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 200 to 250 kW VSD is a range of large variable speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors for high-demand manufacturing facilities. The variable speed drive and IE3 premium efficiency TEFC motor automatically adjust compressed air output to match the load, minimising energy use. The airend features an optimised rotor profile that Ingersoll Rand states delivers up to 18% improved efficiency and best-in-class airflow capacity.

The VSD range covers the RS200n and RS250n and the higher-capacity RS200ne and RS250ne, rated 200 and 250 kW at 7.0 to 10 bar. On 50 Hz the RS200n delivers 16.8 to 41.2 m³/min and the RS250n 16.8 to 49.2 m³/min, while the RS200ne and RS250ne deliver 18.7 to 43.7 and 18.7 to 53.1 m³/min. V-Shield Technology gives a fully integrated, leak-free design with PTFE stainless steel braided oil hoses and O-ring face seals, while Progressive Adaptive Control (PAC) monitors key operating parameters and adapts to prevent unexpected downtime. The Xe-Series controller has a high-resolution colour display and remote access through any modern web browser. Air-cooled and water-cooled versions are available, the n models measure 3,752 × 2,150 × 2,504 mm and weigh 6,731 to 7,161 kg, the package is rated for ambient temperatures up to 46 °C, and options cover low ambient operation to -23 °C, high ambient to 55 °C and outdoor installation.
