Ingersoll Rand Next Generation RTe-Series Premium Efficiency Compressors 110-250 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 110 to 250 kW Premium Efficiency is the RTe-Series range of oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors, built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. Its patent-pending, semi-integrated airend uses a second gear on the drive shaft to optimise compression in a compact footprint, and a premium efficiency motor with an integrated variable speed drive lowers total cost of ownership.

The range covers five premium efficiency models, the RTe110ie, RTe132ie, RTe160ie, RTe200ie and RTe250ie. At 10 bar the 110 and 132 kW models deliver 21.21 to 24.05 and 25.24 to 28.79 m³/min, and the 160, 200 and 250 kW models 29.14, 35.64 and 38.69 m³/min, rising to 33.65, 40.09 and 42.62 m³/min in their 7.5 bar versions. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and an improved separator are built for long-term reliability, and easy access to user-maintainable components with premium-grade coolant reduces maintenance. The Xe-Series controller offers remote access through any modern web browser, and the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data. The 110 and 132 kW models measure 2,907 × 2,071 × 2,193 mm, and weights across the range run from 4,483 to 4,975 kg.
