Renner SCROLL Oil-Free Scroll Compressors 1.5-30 kW

Renner SCROLL compressors are air-cooled, oil-free compressors for applications that need oil-free compressed air. The air is compressed without contact between a fixed and an eccentrically rotating spiral element, which gives a fully oil-free compression process, low-pulsation airflow and a long service life, and the units suit both short-term and continuous operation.

The SL-NEO series covers 1.5 to 7.5 kW with free air delivery from 160 to 890 l/min at 8 or 10 bar. The units are belt driven, a star-delta starter is integrated as standard from 5.5 kW upward, pressure switch and motor protection are standard, and RENNERtronic Touch or RENNERtronic Plus Touch electronic control is optional. Variants are available with an air receiver (SLD-NEO), a refrigeration dryer (SLK-NEO) or both (SLDK-NEO).

The SLM-NEO multiple system combines 2, 3 or 4 independently operating scroll units in one SuperSilent housing, from 7.5 to 30.0 kW and 720 to 3,560 l/min. A RENNERtronic Plus controller with base load change circuit runs only the compressors that are needed, which keeps energy use down on sites with fluctuating demand and gives built-in redundancy as a safety reserve.

Both series share a large aftercooler, a compact footprint, removable side doors with accessible internal parts for easy servicing, a clearly arranged instrument panel, and are delivered ready to connect with electric cable and air-side ball valve.
