Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 30-37 kW

The Next Generation R-Series 30 to 37 kW VSD is an Ingersoll Rand oil-flooded rotary screw air compressor with a variable speed drive. The RS 30n to 37n range delivers 2.0 to 6.5 m³/min (74 to 231 cfm) free air delivery at pressures from 4.5 to 10.0 barg, matching output to demand rather than running at fixed speed.

The Next Generation airend uses an optimised rotor profile, and the package is built around an IE3 / NEMA Premium efficiency motor. V-Shield technology gives a leak-free design with PTFE stainless steel braided oil hoses and O-ring face seals, while Progressive Adaptive Control (PAC) monitors key operating parameters and adapts to prevent unexpected downtime. The Xe-Series controller provides an intuitive interface and remote access from any modern web browser.

With the optional Total Air System (TAS), the compressor, dryer and filtration are supplied as a single package for clean, dry air with reduced installation space and cost. Ultra Coolant lubricant is rated for up to 8,000 hours, and the unit is designed for ambient temperatures from 2°C to 46°C as standard.
