Ingersoll Rand D-IN refrigerated compressed air dryers deliver a consistent supply of dry air from compact units for workshops and light processing up to large models for heavy industry. The range covers 0.2 to 108 m³/min, with a microprocessor controller, scroll refrigeration compressor and an energy-saving mode that shuts the dryer down at light load.

The Ingersoll Rand D-IN Series is a range of non-cycling refrigerated compressed air dryers. The compact models suit uses from light processing, such as dry cleaners and auto repair shops, to manufacturing, while the larger-flow models serve large-scale industry, automotive and petrochemical sites. Air-cooled models run from the D12IN-A at 0.2 m³/min to the D5400IN-A at 108 m³/min at a 7 °C pressure dew point. The D72IN-A, for example, handles 1.2 m³/min (42 cfm) on just 0.2 kW, with 1/2″ BSP connections, and measures 390 × 432 × 453 mm at 26 kg.
A microprocessor controller displays the dew point, inlet and outlet temperatures and high and low temperature alarms, with a multi-level menu for programming settings. Refrigeration is by a scroll compressor built with anti-corrosion materials, the design reduces loose installation parts and includes instrument monitoring, and the electrics are rated IP54. An energy-saving mode automatically shuts the dryer down when it runs at light load, and the refrigerant is environmentally friendly. Models up to the D600IN-A run on 230 V single phase and are rated to 14 bar, and larger models run on 400 V three phase at up to 12 bar. Pair a D-IN dryer with an Ingersoll Rand R-Series compressor, and for lower dew points see our desiccant air dryers.
