Renner RKT-1S Refrigeration Air Dryers 0.33 to 16.67 m³/min

Renner RKT-1S refrigeration dryers are stand-alone units with a specially developed microcontroller for electronic control of the condensate solenoid valve, fan and pressure dew point display. Covering 0.33 to 16.67 m³/min, they combine an air-to-air and a refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger for energy-efficient drying, and run on 230 V supplied ready to connect.

The Renner RKT-1S range of refrigeration air dryers runs from the RKT-1S 0020 to the RKT-1S 1000, covering compressed air flows from 0.33 to 16.67 m³/min with power consumption of just 0.11 to 1.80 kW. Each dryer is a stand-alone unit with a specially developed microcontroller that electronically controls the condensate solenoid valve, the fan and the pressure dew point display.

An air-to-air heat exchanger, together with a refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger, ensures energy-efficient and effective drying of the compressed air, with incoming air pre-cooled in the air-to-air exchanger to save energy. Both heat exchangers are aluminium, keeping the dryer lightweight, compact and corrosion resistant. Condensate is discharged fully automatically through a time-controlled or level-controlled drain, the refrigerant is ozone friendly, and the units run on 230 V AC, delivered ready for connection and operation.
