TESEO HBS Modular Aluminium Pipe System

The TESEO HBS Hollow Bar System is a modular compressed air pipework system built from extruded aluminium hollow bars. The rectangular profile carries the air through a smooth internal bore and gives a flat outer face for quick-fix outlet plates and blocks, so outlets and drops can be added, moved or extended at any point without cutting, threading or waste.

Six profile sizes cover small workshops through to large plant: HBS25, HBS32, HBS50, HBS63, HBS80 and HBS110, with outlet ports from 1/8 inch to 2 inch. The system is rated for 15 bar working pressure with a 56 bar burst test pressure, and carries compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and other fluids; mineral and synthetic oils are handled on request through TESEO’s technical office.

Bars are extruded in EN AW-6060 aluminium in T5 or T6 temper with a chemical silver oxide surface treatment, which keeps both the inside and outside of the line clean. Straight, L and T connectors are sealed with a double NBR 70 O-ring at every joint and fixed with class 8.8 steel screws, and the internal passages and wall thicknesses are designed to increase flow and reduce energy loss. The aluminium is 100% recyclable.
