Ingersoll Rand RSe-Series Rotary Screw Air Compressors 22-45 kW

The Ingersoll Rand RSe-Series 22 to 45 kW is a range of oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors with improved efficiency and increased airflow to lower lifecycle costs. An advanced airend and a high-efficiency IP55 premium motor reduce energy consumption, and the variable speed versions use power drive systems that exceed IES2 efficiency standards to match changing air demand. The integrated airend reduces the footprint and the number of hoses and wear parts.

The fixed speed range runs from the RSe23i to 29i (22 to 30 kW, 4.1 to 5.5 m³/min at 7 bar) and the RSe30i to 45i (30 to 45 kW, 4.27 to 8.05 m³/min), with premium RSe30ie to 45ie models delivering 5.17 to 8.70 m³/min. The variable speed range covers the RSe23n to 29n (0.9 to 3.8 m³/min), the RSe30n to 45n (1.40 to 8.02 m³/min) and the premium RSe37ne to 45ne (2.4 to 8.7 m³/min). Standard models are rated from 5 to 13 bar, and the ie and ne models from 5 to 10 bar. Durable parts, tube fittings and an innovative separator give maximum reliability, internal parts are easy to reach and consumables are long-life, a PackageCARE service agreement is available to limit unplanned downtime, and the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data.
