Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series VSD Rotary Screw Compressors 90-132 kW

The Ingersoll Rand Next Generation R-Series 90 to 132 kW VSD is a range of variable speed oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors built to boost productivity, lower operating costs and extend equipment life. A state-of-the-art semi-integrated airend is driven by a premium efficiency IP55 motor through an integrated variable speed drive, which automatically adjusts compressed air output to demand, and the drive meets or exceeds IES2 standards for power drive efficiency.

The range covers three models rated to 13 bar: the RSe90n delivering 5.19 to 18.16 m³/min, the RSe110n 5.10 to 21.52 m³/min and the RSe132n 5.10 to 24.76 m³/min. Solid hoses, Viton Victaulic pipe couplings and an improved separator are built for reliability, and easy access to user-maintainable components with premium-grade coolant reduces maintenance. The Xe-Pro Series controller offers remote access through a web browser, and the Helix Connected Platform provides real-time data. All three models measure 2,290 × 1,327 × 2,039 mm and weigh 2,579 to 2,655 kg air-cooled.
