Renner RS-PRO Rotary Screw Compressors 3-55 kW

The Renner RS-PRO series covers medium compressed air demands in industrial applications. These are oil-injected rotary screw compressors with belt drive, built for high flow rates in a compact footprint: motor powers from 3.0 to 55.0 kW, free air delivery from 0.24 to 9.34 m³/min, and operating pressures of 7.5, 10, 13 or 15 bar.

An optimised belt arrangement around the pulley gives higher delivery rates, and automatic belt tensioning via a motor rocker gives a long service life with easy maintenance. An efficient cooling system supports air quality and reliable operation, thermostatic oil control brings the unit quickly to its optimal operating temperature, and sound insulation keeps noise and vibration low. Doors are easily removable and components accessible for maintenance, the instrumentation panel is clear and user friendly, and the units are built from standard components to a Made in Germany quality standard with a 2 year full warranty.

The range is available as the standard RS-PRO, the RSD-PRO with air receiver, the RSK-PRO with refrigeration dryer, the RSDK-PRO with both, and as RSF-PRO variable speed versions (6 to 10, 13 or 15 bar) that match output to demand. Control is by RENNERlogic or RENNERtronic Touch, with RENNERtronic Plus Touch available as an option.
