The Nederman FilterCart Original is a mobile filter unit for light welding and dust extraction that captures fume at source and returns cleaned air to the workshop. A 0.75 kW single phase fan moves 1,050 m³/h through a 30 m² nanofibre cartridge rated F9 at 99% efficiency, on a 160 mm Extraction Arm Original in 2 or 3 m with an integrated LED spotlight.

The Nederman FilterCart Original is a mobile fume extraction and filter unit for light welding and dust extraction in workshops, welding stations and small industrial spaces. It is wheeled to the job, so there is no ductwork: fume is captured at source by the arm, cleaned by the filter and the air returned to the room. It is intended for fumes and is not suitable for combustible dust.
A 0.75 kW single phase fan (110 V, 230 V or 240 V versions) gives 1,050 m³/h of airflow through a single nanofibre cartridge with 30 m² of filter area and one-way cleaning, rated F9 to EN 779 with 99% efficiency; HEPA H13 and H14 filters and a spark protection kit are available as accessories. The unit carries a Nederman Extraction Arm Original in 160 mm, in 2 m or 3 m lengths with the 3 m recommended for a larger working range, with an LED spotlight integrated in the hood. Noise is 73 dB(A), weight 73 kg and the protection class IP42.
