Nederman Original Extraction Arm 2 to 5 m

The Nederman Extraction Arm Original is a fume and dust extraction arm for workshops, built to capture welding smoke, fumes and non-explosive dust at the point where they are produced. The 160 mm arm comes in lengths from 2 m to 5 m, works with a recommended airflow of 700 to 1,000 m³/h and handles fume temperatures up to 70 °C, with a noise level of 63 to 75 dB(A) depending on the airflow.

Nederman’s patented arm design holds its position wherever it is set, and a swivel suspension gives 360 degree rotation so the hood can be brought to the work from any angle. A damper is fitted in the hood as standard, and the hood carries built-in buttons for lighting and fan control, so the operator starts the extraction and lights the job from the hood itself.

The arm mounts to a ceiling, wall or bench, or to an extension bracket for extra reach, and can also be fitted to exhaust rails or to Nederman’s fixed and portable filter units. The extraction fan is specified separately to suit the installation.
