Nederman On-Tool Extraction Kits

Nederman on-tool extraction kits are tool specific manifolds that adapt existing hand-held electric and pneumatic tools for dust capture at source during cutting, sanding, grinding and welding. Kits for Atlas Copco, Chicago Pneumatic, Desoutter, Hitachi, Ingersoll Rand and Suhner tools plus universal grinder and welding gun kits, needing 200 to 250 m³/h from the extraction system.

Nederman on-tool extraction kits are tool specific configured manifolds that adapt existing hand-held tools for at-source dust extraction. Grinding, sanding and cutting create large amounts of dust, and capturing it at the tool stops it reaching the operator’s breathing zone, keeps the work highly visible and makes the workplace far easier to keep clean, while leaving the operator free to move.

The kits attach to both electric and pneumatic tools. Tool specific kits cover Atlas Copco LSV 38 and GTG 21 cutters, Desoutter KA 16 series sanders and cutters, Hitachi G18 and G23 sanders, the Ingersoll Rand VT22 grinder, the Suhner UWC 7 sander and the Chicago Pneumatic 3850 with 180 mm diamond blade, and universal kits cover grinders with 115 to 150 mm wheel guards and welding guns and welding robots. Cutting and sanding kits need 250 m³/h from the extraction system and grinding, welding and universal kits 200 m³/h, which is supplied by a Nederman high vacuum system or a mobile extraction unit.
