Delfin has built industrial vacuums in Italy for over 40 years, and Harold Engineering supplies the range for dust collection and cleaning across Irish industry. Single phase units give compact, versatile power for localised cleaning; three phase units use transmission-free side-channel blowers with IE3 efficiency and IP65 protection for 24/7 operation, on-board fixed extraction and centralised systems; and compressed air units with low-consumption Venturi heads work where there is no electricity.

For hazardous and toxic dust the range handles L, M and H dust classes with HEPA or ULPA filtration and a 20 m continuous bag for contact-free disposal, serving chemical, pharmaceutical, construction and remediation work. ATEX, ACD and HAZLOC models cover high-risk zones 20, 21 and 1 and moderate-risk zones 22 and 2, with IP65 protection, dust group IIIC, gas group IIC and EPL Da, and class M antistatic, class H absolute or activated carbon filters; two-stage M plus HEPA filtration is offered for combustible dust in unclassified areas. Tecnoil oil and chip separators run from 50 to 120 litre single phase units up to 600 litre machines for large CNC installations, and cleanroom and laboratory vacuums are rated to ISO 4 in AISI 316 stainless steel, autoclavable, with the OEB series covering OEB3 to OEB5 dusts through up to five filtration levels.

Centralised vacuum systems distribute vacuum power from a three phase unit to multiple extraction points through fixed pipework, so operators plug a hose in at the workstation rather than moving a machine.
