Ravaglioli Wheel Aligners

Ravaglioli wheel aligners give garages, workshops and tyre centres accurate alignment with fast, user-friendly software. The CCD range starts with the RAVTD1760 (6 CCD sensors) and runs through the RAVTD1780 and RAVTD1850 (8 CCD), all in a closed, trailer-mounted cabinet with the PC, printer and 22 or 24 inch LCD on board, plus the open cabinet RAVTD5060 and RAVTD5080 and the tablet-controlled RAVTD2.0WIFI. The measuring heads are cordless, transmitting over Bluetooth and running on fast-charge rechargeable batteries, and weigh 2.6 kg each, so the aligner can move between work stations without cables.

On the RAVTD1760 the measuring ranges are ±20° total toe and toe-out on turns, ±18° caster and steering axis inclination, and ±5° set-back and thrust angle. The software runs on Windows with a database of over 90,000 vehicle technical data sheets, manual entry for new models, and a customer databank that records 20,000 operations searchable by name or plate. Standard equipment includes 3 point clamps for 8 to 24 inch rims, run-out compensation, turntables rated at 1,000 kg each, remote-control keyboards and LED synoptic repeaters on each head, and network compatibility; TEq-Link, Workshop-Net, ASA livestream, ADAS calibration compatibility and the Shoot and Go online database are optional.

For 3D measurement the RAVTD3200 series uses HQ 3D measuring heads with Bluetooth and self-centering 3 or 4 point clamps on 22 or 27 inch displays, the RAV3DTOWER.4 uses an automatically moving tower with HD cameras and LED run-out indicators, and the RAV3D2.0WALL is a wall-mounted panel system. Trucks and buses are covered by the portable RAVTD6000TB with two boxes and a 12 inch Windows tablet, and the RAVTD8060P and RAVTD8080P with lowered CCD sensors.
