Ravaglioli 500 Series Double Scissor Lifts 3 to 4 Tonne

The Ravaglioli 500 series is a range of Italian-built electrohydraulic double scissor vehicle lifts with short platforms, leaving the wheels free for tyre, brake and suspension work. The RAV518NL (3,000 kg), RAV535 (3,500 kg) and RAV535L (3,200 kg, extensible 1,832 to 2,282 mm platforms) lift to 1,900 mm from a 100 mm closed height; the RAV540 (4,000 kg) lifts to 2,000 mm with forged scissor ends and longer lifting plates; and the RAV508I, RAV509IF and RAV510I (3,000 to 3,500 kg) lift to 1,825 mm, with a patented valve that re-levels the lift every time the platforms reach the floor.

Every model is driven by a single 2.6 kW power unit, with lifting times from 28 to 46 seconds and a noise level of 70 dB(A) or less. Platform movement is synchronised hydraulically through a patented self-adjusting device, independent of how the load is distributed, with no mechanical connection between the platforms. Mechanical safety latches engage automatically and release pneumatically so the load cannot lower accidentally while parked, movement is slowed at the start of lifting and lowering, an acoustic signal sounds during final lowering, and adjustable mechanical limit switches, high strength steel connecting rods and self-lubricating hinge bushes are standard.

The lifts install on the surface with a 1 m hose cover, or recessed using kits S535A1, S540A2 and S535LA1. Options include traverse beams for vans and off-road vehicles, run-up ramps for low ground clearance vehicles, pad sets from 20 to 200 mm and remote power units on 2 m or 5 m hoses.
