Ravaglioli Wireless Mobile Column Lifts 5.5 to 8.5 Tonne per Column

The Ravaglioli RAV 305, 307 and 308 HWS are electrohydraulic mobile column vehicle lifts for buses, trucks, light commercial vehicles and motorhomes, giving full access for tyre and brake service. Columns are rated at 5,500 kg (RAV305H), 7,500 kg (RAV307H) or 8,500 kg (RAV308H) and work in sets of 4, 6 or 8, so a set ranges from 22,000 kg up to 51,000 kg. The lifting stroke is 1,761 mm and the forks take wheels from 500 to 1,200 mm in diameter.

Each column is identical, with its own control panel and its own power: two maintenance-free 12 V 100 Ah gel batteries good for about 20 lifts at full load, with a charger and 10 m cable on every column, a recharge time of about 10 hours and the option to charge during operation. Columns talk to each other over 2.4 GHz wireless with automatic channel selection, so there are no cables across the floor, and the modular electrics let a set be split, for example 8 columns into two sets of 4. The operator can run all columns together, selected pairs as a group, or a single column, and can set different heights between pairs while keeping synchronised control.

Synchronisation holds the columns within a 30 mm height difference on a control board built to ISO 13849, with double load protection and a mechanical locking and parking system on each column. The RAV307H lifts in 90 seconds and lowers in 45, the RAV305H in 120 and 45, and the RAV308H in 120 and 70, with 3 kW driving power per cylinder unit on the 307 and 308 and 0.8 kW on the 305. All columns are powder coated.
