Cordivari BOLLY 1 ST FB Polywarm Single Coil Calorifier 300 L

The Cordivari BOLLY 1 ST FB is a domestic hot water calorifier with one fixed heat exchanger, and the 300 litre model suits medium to large hot water demands in homes, commercial premises and industrial sites. Water in the tank is heated indirectly by a 1.2 m² mild steel coil fed from a boiler or other primary heat source, and all connections are aligned front and back for a neat installation.

The tank and coil are mild steel finished internally with Cordivari’s Polywarm coating, which carries an ACS attestation to EN 16421 and WRAS approval for water intended for human consumption, backed by a magnesium anode for cathodic protection and silicone gaskets tested to Directive 98/83/EC. Maximum working pressure is 10 bar on the tank and 12 bar on the coil, with maximum temperatures of 90 °C and 110 °C respectively. The 300 litre tank is 650 mm in diameter, 1,486 mm high and weighs 67 kg, with a 1 inch cold inlet, 1¼ inch hot outlet, 1 inch recirculation, 1½ inch immersion heater connection, G 1¼ inch drain and anode ports and a 120/180 mm inspection flange.

Hard polyurethane foam insulation gives energy efficiency class B, and the unit falls under the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU with a 5 year warranty. The BOLLY 1 ST FB range runs from 150 to 1,500 litres, and Cordivari also offers the PUFFER buffer tanks for heating water storage.
