Combat Radiant Tube Heaters 15 to 50 kW

Combat Complete Linear and U-Tube radiant heaters are gas-fired infrared heaters for industrial and commercial buildings such as vehicle service centres, body shops and manufacturing halls. Radiant heat warms people and objects directly rather than the air, so there is no wasted heat at high level, and the heaters respond quickly after switch-on. Heat inputs run from 15 kW to 50 kW on natural gas or LPG.

Three configurations suit different layouts. The linear heater runs a straight tube for even coverage along a bay; the U-tube brings the fan close to the burner, which reduces wiring costs and suits smaller or enclosed areas; and the double linear uses a single fan for two tube runs, so there are fewer building penetrations. The vacuum, negative pressure unitary design keeps tube temperatures uniform, and multiple burners can be designed per fan, cutting installation time and cost.

Each burner has a fully automatic three-try, 100% shut-off direct spark ignition module housed in a protective burner box that limits heat exposure to the electrical controls. Heat-treated aluminised tubes give longer tube life, and deep-dish aluminium reflectors direct the radiant heat downwards, with stainless steel reflectors optional. The range is CE design certified to EN 416.
